The SAMSCS Teaching and Non-Teaching Staff Team Building 2026 was successfully held over two days and one night at Balkonahe de San Jose in San Jose, Tarlac, where the entire staff gathered to strengthen unity and build trust as the school year progressed.

On Day 1, staff traveled to Monasterio de Tarlac to attend Holy Mass, then returned to Balkonahe de San Jose for a series of engaging team-building activities, including fun icebreaker games, challenging indoor exercises that promoted collaboration and strategic thinking, and outdoor recreational activities followed by leisure time to relax and socialize.

On Day 2, a Holy Mass presided by School Director Father Crisendo A. Dela Rosa, CRSP, was conducted at Balkonahe de San Jose, providing another shared spiritual experience for the community. Before the day concluded, all staff members received commemorative tokens recognizing their participation, and the event finished with a meaningful coffee conversation at Bo’s Coffee in Bayambang, Pangasinan, where staff reflected on the two-day experience and engaged in thoughtful dialogue.

This comprehensive two-day team-building experience fostered a positive, united start to the academic year for all SAMSCS faculty and support staff.
